Getting 502 Bad Gateway Error in Pilot and Third

Epicor just took down our Test environments (Pilot and Third) with no notice/warning.

Is anyone else having the same issue or is it isolated to us?

Flex 2 upgrade is happening right now for Americas gov cloud. Think some other things are going on as well.

We are not on any of the Flex options.

I am signed up to receive the alerts but have not seen any that should impact us during work hours…

I have frequently had non-prod affected by other people’s maintenance windows when we should not have been. You can always log a case.

This is what I see in CMP. I sent an email asking about it, but haven’t heard anything.

Did that, waiting for a response.

Something likely didn’t go right and you’ll need support to take a look. The support ticket is your best avenue for help. Sorry.

I had submitted a ticket this morning because I was not able to upload a report. The ticket was assigned, but there was no comment that they will take the test environments down to apply a hotfix. It didn’t cross my mind that it was related to that ticket.
