yeah - that took me by surprise a couple of updates ago - that’s why it’s in my cheatsheet. 
Along with making that change, HTTPS bindings and certificates were reset in previous updates. Hopefully it’s better this time (since @gpayne didn’t’ mention it) and they do not get reset.
And it seems the whole system needs an IIS reset or a reboot after the update for everything to function properly - maybe it does not now.
