The following works for Windows 10, untested on Server 2016

  1. Download .cab file (Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.)
  2. Copy cab file to C:\
  3. Open Command Prompt as Administrator
  4. Type “Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /source:C:\ /LimitAccess”
