Labor and Burden Hours not populating when adding Labor Detail row through Customization

I have a customization on Job Receipt to Inventory that allows the user to Report Quantity from the same screen. I believed that everything was working correctly (Detail record gets created, quantity is populated, Earned Hours are populated, etc.) but once I started diving into the details a bit more I notice that several of the Burden and Labor fields were not being populated. These are Labor/Burden Hours, Rate, and Costs. I’ve tried hard coding them just to test and they still come out blank. Am I missing a method somewhere along the way that fills in these fields?

I assume you’ve run a trace against the manual process first and are mimicking the results?
