Been away for a couple of days.
You need to put a 0 in the laborhedSeq and laborDtlSeq fields for the upload to work.
Also make sure that your employee numbers match in the excel file. Excel will try to help you and strip out the leading 0’s if you have them in the system and you didn’t first set the column to text for the EmpID.

You are missing a couple of columns in LaborHed
ClockInDate
ClockInTime
ClockOutTime
PayHours
You also missing the LaborDtl#OpCode field. Doesn’t make sense when these are indirect times but it would not accept the upload without this. Just pick one of your OP codes.
