Looking to how to write a BPM to send notification that a Request for purchase has been created to send to approver by e-mail and one for PO creations.

it’s not really a book, it’s a guide you can get on EpicWeb, per @aosemwengie1 link.
There is a more recent version for 2021.1, but they are pretty similiar
