Sorry, another question…how do you change the formatting like you did for the column headings (you have them blue)? I want to boldface (or make red) the column headings i will NOT be copying/pasting when i combine both reports’ data into one spreadsheet and run a pivot table.

You will have to import them into Epicor in the BAQ menu under Actions. Once imported it is just like making your own BAQ.

This is the reason that there are two separate BAQs. Some fields do not work in both queries.
