REST converting ISO dates in character fields to US dates

Which version of Epicor are you on… I thought they had a bug in earlier versions and fixed in latest.

EDIT: Maybe I am thinking of the UTC offset bug

Possible odata date/time issue

It seems when Epicor returns a date/time field via a BAQ via odata, it’s just returning the date & time but not the UTC offset. This means the consuming application doesn’t know how to convert this into the local timezone and most will assume zero. Which for NJ is like 6 hours BEFORE the time in epicor and thus pushing transactions into the day before. Has anyone seen this behavior? Changing the date/time format in the BAQ doesn’t seem to affect the odata output of it, just the output inside…
