Definitely not ideal, if you know all of the parts are good from a run, you could create a function to accept all of the NCRs. If there actually were bad parts, you could maybe even have the first X NCRs get scrapped and then accept the rest.

I like that idea. However, there is only one Machine Reject code no matter what the alarm is. I wouldn’t know which parts were really bad vs. the ones due to the operator going on break or just underperforming. So, as you said, “if you know all the parts are good from a run” is the rub here.
I was thinking it would have to be more of a manual process supported by a Function. At whatever time that is chosen, someone enters the bad number and all the rest of them are accepted.
