We’re working split shifts, and I’ve had a request to try to add some messaging functionality for our folks on the shop floor (most don’t have a company e-mail). That way management can communicate to team members on different shifts more effectively. The idea is for management to be able to send emails to a dedicated email address, then have the info sent to some UD table to be displayed as a message in a BPM when employees clock in. I’ve heard service connect has some functionality with emails, but I’m not familiar with it. Anyone ever done something similar?
