Service connect

hi Folks
we are on Kinetic 2022.2.13 and the latest service connect
we have legacy service connects routines doing business critical operations such as pick/pack sales orders (all planned for redevelopment)
randomly these service connects will go from 10/20 secs to complete to anything from 10/60 minutes to complete.

this has only happened since Kinetic, we can go weeks working fine, then suddenly all day we will have a nightmare

if i look at the workflow, there are steps to mimic material queue operation using

these can take 40/60 secs to complete per line - hence * 20 lines we soon have a workflow taking 30 mins

In normal processing these operations complete in split seconds

really struggling with Epicor support to get resolution, so has anyone else encountered this and fixed it?

Long shot but is it possible you’re running out of available licences and hitting rate limiting?

hi!
funny after months of open case, epicor came back with that yesterday also!
not sure why all of a sudden its an issues since we moved to kinetic - SC was there in E10 and had zero issues, we have no more SC workflows, volume is the same etc etc

the only thing i can think of, there is some issue with the caching of the service connect licenses etc
