Hi guys - We got our 10.2 test environment back up, so I could make more progress. I created the BAQ & Quick Search in our LIVE 10.0.700.4 environment, and everything seems normal. Then I created a Quick Search Solution Element, and then built a Solution (by adding the BAQ and QuickSearch). I installed that solution into our PILOT environment, and there were no error messages.
Unfortunately, the quick search does not appear in Case Entry as the default, or even in Quick Search Maintenance! The BAQ did make it over.
Any idea what I missed? I’m wondering if it had something to do with adding the Quick Search Solution Element into 10.0.700.4, and I missed some additional fields…
