Suppress prompt "To try out the new design.." (Kinetic UI)

Hello.

We recently went live with 2002.2.14 and elected to stay with the Classic UI to give us time to redesign our UI customization for Kinetic UI.
When users open screens in Classic, they get the prompt up top to check out the Kinetic UI.
Is there a way to suppress this for all users? We are not prepared to support the Kinetic UI and I am trying to avoid unnecessary help desk tickets related to it.

How to Disable Kinetic UI Globally in 2022.2?
