Very good point! It also falls into the “We have always done it that way” routine and sometimes choose to ignore new tools.
We are guilty of this as well. We are currently on 2023.1 in production and see our limitations with 2023.2 based on some things that will need to change. 
We need to learn and embrace the tools provided for us in order to improve.
What is great about this group is that we learn through others and we help one another. So thanks to you Tim, and everyone else who takes the time to help one another.
