Toggle Day on Production Calendar to change from Non-Work day to Work day

Currently I have a day on our production Calendar that is set as a Non-Working day and I want to change to a Working day. From what I read I should just be able to click on the date on the calendar and click on the Toggle Day and it should change it to a Working day. This does not work.
Does anyone know if this is a but or is there a step I am missing?

Highlight the Non-Work label and press the physical delete key.
