Morning Epicor Community, got an issue with total demand quantity in part tracker, a staff gave me a screen shot asking us why the quantity is different from the other, you guys can refer the image below. hope you guys can help. I tried searching but couldn’t find the issue. thanks guys
some times the qtyonhand can be diferent from Time Phase
and Part tracker.
i usually ran the two erp processes called
refresh QTY onHand or run qty from Refresh PartBin QOH .
in report mode first
both processes you ran on report mode to check the data before apply update mode.
there is also data fix from support to fix it.
I generally able to fix them using them there was one ocasion i have to get data fix from epicor support to fixed them (I think it due to transfer order open then some one delete it, so qty on demand and qty picked are not correct anymore).
