Does anyone allow decimals on on the UOM EA?

You have to flag the UOM to allow decimals, however my question would be how can you count a decimal each? If you provide details of the scenario where you would need to do this, then happy to provide further advice, as this is not something that I would generally recommend

We made the distinction between an EA and a PC. We allowed fractions of PC (pieces) but not EA. EA was reserved for serialized parts, which cannot have fractions.

We made EAS for serialized since they can’t have decimals.
