Great…I’m guessing no ETA on an upgrade? Is there an active issues list that I can follow?
No ETA as of Thursday the 31st when I checked on the rounding issue. The rounding issue is PRB0230331. The FedEx issue is still under investigation so no problem ticket. And the other items they didn’t provide problem tickets for. Just that they are known issues. ![]()
This file is about a month old but here are other known issues with workarounds.

I’ve still got a support case from August where they haven’t created the PR ticket. They closed my case and said one would be created. Aggravating.
I wonder if I shouldn’t just restore the DB and install the old version…
In hindsight I would have I think. If we would have known there we this many issues.
Is there a version I should move to (from 5.1)? I don’t want to stay so far behind.
Afraid I won’t be any help there. We were on 5.0 and went to 5.4. Not sure what was the most stable in between there.
Ok, thanks. The international paperwork is a deal breaker…
Yeah…it’s not great.
Ok, back to 5.1 … not great either, but at least we know it works.
Thanks again for all your help!
Circling back around to this one. I contacted support and they said that the commercial invoice should match the Epicor invoice. I ran several tests and they do all match. But they also said they could get on and perform a hotfix to fix the FedEx un-freighting issue.
You may want to check back with them on your other issues and see if they have a fix. One problem I’ve found it it doesn’t work in Chrome. I’m using Edge to get 5.4 to work for the clients.
I never circled back around here. But we did get a hot-fix for the FedEx issue. That came out last week I think. And they have a bug ticket open for the invoice issue now. They were able to recreate it and opened a bug ticket to be fixed an upcoming version of QS.
Ok. If we have all 2 decimal pricing, then should we be safe? Or is the rounding up to the dollar level?
