User timeout in SaaS, where?

Where is the user timeout setting? I have been fumbing around the settings screens but have yet to find anything that looks correct.

What are you looking to set the timeout for? I know that you can set timeouts for individual BAQs using Actions > Execution Settings. Add a “Timeout” there to force a specific amount of time before failing. I believe the time is in seconds. Usually this is used to extend the timeout to allow for returning large datasets.
