Users are unable to export to Excel from Epicor

Our users are reporting they are unable to export to Excel from Epicor. They normally can export data to excel. It seems to be related to a new Office update. When we do a repair on Office 365, they are able to export to excel, but the problem returns later for some users.
Is anyone experiencing this issue? And have you found a more permanent fix?

We had to do a quick repair to office to get it working again last week.

Same issue here, Export to Excel option is there but doesn’t do anything when clicked. Rebooting the computer doesn’t help. Both 32 and 64 bit installs impacted. This started for us this past Thursday April 7th. Quick Repair to Office 365 Apps restores functionality but later breaks again for at least one user. I tried the online repair option yesterday for that particular user/computer. So far so good but it hasn’t been 24 hours yet. Also following: Copy to Excel - #43 by Chris_Conn

We had the same issue recently.

Our alternate solution was to redefine the Dashboard in Menu Maintenance with a DashBoard–Assembly option, rather than Dashboard-Runtime.
