No. Not as just an out of the box read-only account. There’s no checkbox or group for it. You’d have to set it up yourself. Someone posted a BPM that creates a global view only - based on a group or user IIRC. Search around on here. If I find it I’ll link to it.

[image] NateS: Going out on a limb here… No. There’s no “trackers only” option in user account setup…but you could probably build a security group called TRACKONLY, set up all the security codes for the trackers as “allow”, then tie the group to the user account.

That’s how we did it once, each major areas had their own read-only account: ReadOnly-CRM, ReadOnly-Quote, ReadOnly-Eng, etc for maximum granular control. We similarly had multiple levels of entry groups with the highest being “Manager” who had the Setup tree too.

The auditor would like to review all transactions on a case-by-case basis in read-only mode. Is there a simple way to configure and provide view-only access for the auditor in system?
