Finishing up an implementation for 4 companies, 3 of which have gone live successfully. Currently on the 4th company in the lineup with a go live set for December 2nd. There are only 2 people working as part of this implementation team of which I am 1. All 4 companies are manufacturing companies based out of New Jersey. We have been through and experienced MOST of what implementing a new system can throw at you. Against all odds, 2 people (husband and wife team) with ZERO prior experience have been making it happen.
