I’ve been in IT for 30+ years and familiar with just about every aspect of manufacturing. I led one of the first customer installs of Vantage 8.0 in the mid-2000’s - I have the scars to prove it. Started my own company in 2010 doing independent Epicor “consulting”. While I do some standard type consulting, most of my time is spent in “gap-filling” - providing solutions using the customization tools Epicor provides to make client’s systems do what Epicor doesn’t provide out of the box.

Since starting my own business, I’ve logged 20K+ hours - most of it either in customizations or upgrades/conversions - so I’ve been around the block and seen almost everything!
