I’m an advanced apprentice in Epicor IT, business administration, leadership and life. Advanced generalist in many topics, specialist in none. When times are great, I know enough about technology to manage real engineers; and when times aren’t great I know enough to stand in for the engineers temporarily. I like working on the system but I really love helping people get ahead.

I was a plastic injection mouldmaker originally, but that was 20 25 years ago. Now I see everything as an assembly to be broken down and understood, and I’ve also had enough customer and c-suite contact to appreciate the need for leadership skills as well.
