I’ve been with Epicor since 2009 with 100% of that time within our Support organization. I wear many hats within Support; customer database czar, senior escalation point for worldwide ERP technical support, supervisor of Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP technical support Americas, and snack food provider for the entire 9th floor of our building in Minneapolis. Outside of work, I am a runner averaging 50+ miles / week training for two goal race events; Disney World dopey challenge in Jan 2020 (four-ish races over four days with an optional 5th on Disney’s private island that I am still considering) and Boston Spring of 2020. Additionally I have a massive collection of rubber ducks because they are amazing (the love of which was given to me by my late grandmother)–my one and only tattoo is a series of three rubber ducks.
