I’m one of a few who showed marked enthusiasm and willingness to dive into the new system when we were implementing Epicor ERP over the past few years. I was responsible for all the data related to Engineering, including our Product Configurator. I have to imagine it’s one of the more complex ones out there. Anyway, I earned a new position in the company and now I am in charge of building configurators, dashboards, BPMs, reports, and otherwise finding solutions to problems across the company related to Epicor. I’m a quick-study but wow is there a lot to Epicor. Straighten me out, please! I have way more questions than answers at this point.
