I have worked in many aspects of IT since I started my career in 2003: Helpdesk, PC Tech, Level 2 Support, Junior Systems Administrator, Systems Administrator, and now, I am the ERP Systems Administrator for Rockland Manufacturing Company. We custom manufacture attachments for heavy duty equipment. I started working with Epicor in September 2016 and have been working on all aspects of the software since coming onboard: UI customizations, BAQs, dashboards, installing, upgrading, performance improvements, customizing processes to fit our company, and anything else that may come up related to Epicor. I still have a lot to learn, so hoping this forum will be a good place for me to pick up some additional helpful ideas. Hopefully, I can contribute to someone else learning something new as well.
