I have been working with SQL Server and Epicor Products since 1998, in various distribution, professional services, and manufacturing industries, I have worked at Epicor, Epicor Partners and as an Epicor customer for several years prior to my current tenure of at Polyaire Australia.

I am by no means an expert or specialist in any one area and see myself as more of a generalist who can turn their hand to most things. Needless to say from time time I can ask some fairly simple questions for some.

My aims when replying to posts is to assist with what knowledge I have, and tend to use it as a learning experience myself, particularly if I have to go back and refer to the documentation or systems I use. Hopefully my contributions help. In some instances when replying I may not be in front of a reference system so, I apologize in advance if I accidentally steer you in the wrong direction, I am always happy to be corrected. I will always try my best to help where I can.

I would like to think I am passionate about Epicor software and I am really pleased with the current direction of the Company and its products. I encourage everyone to contribute to the EpicHelp Community.
