After years of single-handedly dragging our on-prem servers through every major upgrade (8 9 10 Kinetic)—usually on weekends—I finally decided to let someone else do the heavy lifting.

We’ve successfully migrated to Epicor’s Public Cloud. While the loss of control was a concern, the transition made a lot of business sense.
