February 2024 I was honored with a promotion to the position of Distinguished Product Manager of core Kinetic. I started working as the Sr Principal Product Manager of Kinetic in October 2022 when I took on the role of improving the Browser-Based adoption. I quickly moved into the primary PM role where I lead innovations and help acheive significant milestones including an over 90% improvement in MRP Performance.

Prior to Oct 2022, I was responsible for Automations & Integrations, and lead the launch team to a successful launch of Automation Studio at Insights 2022.

In March 2021, I made a career change to a new role as a Sr Principal Product Manager of Cloud Migrations. We implemented a program that has been very successful in migrating many of our legacy customers to the latest product.

Prior to that, I worked as a Sr Principal Consultant at Epicor Software. I joined Epicor in 1999, and worked in Technical Support for 5.5 years, before I moved into the Consulting role. Prior to Epicor, I worked as an IT Manager for several manufacturing firms, one of which installed software from Epicor.

I consider myself an advanced application generalist… I know a whole lot about most of the operations side of ERP. I am also very technical, and have been fully embedded in advanced Product Configurators, advanced BPMs, advanced BAQs, (updatable) dashboards, etc.

I have always taken to heart something that my father once said to me in my early days as a programmer:

Never say its impossible… it may be hard, but it is not impossible
