I have been working in the IT field for the last 19 years, and supporting an Epicor product for 17 of those years. I managed and performed our upgrade from Vantage 8.03 to Epicor 9, from Epicor 9 to Epicor 10, and from Epicor 10 to Kinetic. I am primarily responsible for upgrades, report/query writing, BPM’s, Customizations, resolving errors, and anything else related to Epicor. I also share responsibilities with a co-worker providing phone system support and general help desk functions.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 kids. I love video games! I own just about every major gaming console and handheld released and tons of games to be played on each.
