On the 1099 NEC SSRS report we’re having an issue with the Payer’s TIN box, the number is obfuscated instead of displaying the Federal ID number in our company configuration. All of the vendor numbers look just fine. On our 1099 for 2022, 2017 and base. I’ve tried blanking and repopulating the Federal ID with no luck. Any Ideas out there?
Might you have a Data Mask on the supplier TIN?
Hi Mark, it isn’t the supplier’s TIN, it’s the Payer’s TIN box to the left of that one.
Do you use masking in Field Security?
It’s not masked but it looks encrypted or corrupted instead.

It should print on 1099s though, so I would contact Support.
You may be interested in this Idea as this is the exact reason why I entered it. Not being able to see what was returned is one of the pitfalls of Cloud.

Thanks I put it in yesterday and will let you know what I find out. The FEIN displays fine in a BAQ. Maybe they can send the latest version of the SSRS report, we’ll see.
