Shipping users are receiving the above error when attempting to Freight. Referenced KB0101520 specifically for UPS Freight Collect and it says the following:
If the Billing type is set to UPS Freight Collect and the “Ship To” Address is NOT as same as the “Sold To” Address (or) even if it same, the Account number used should be associated with the “Ship To” Address’ Postal Code. In this Case, only the Billing Type and the Account number should be sufficient. Rest of the Information is not required.
NOTE : This Billing Method can be used for International Shipments as well.
Tried shipping outside of Epicor and still receiving the same error. We try to avoid having to go back to the customer, but it seems like that is the only option at this point as it seems that the Postal Code on the Ship To address is not associated with the Account Number we entered on the SO and Customer Shipment.
Assuming that we do have the correct Account Number…Does Epicor support Third Party Billing?
