When adding a new company to Vantage, is there a way to copy any
information from an existing company, rather than entering the same
information again in modules (thrilled at the idea of entering all those
GL accounts....)

For extra credit:
I would like to be able to be picky as to what gets "carried over".
Some things don't apply for the new company...

Any hints?

We did this a few years ago, on 4.0, with Epicor's help. I'd have to look
up how much that cost, I don't remember off the top of my head. But, we
went through and selected the master files that we wanted copied over into
the new company, and they did that for us.
