5.2, crm q&a

I would call support ASAP.

We had to run a conversation program or something that applied a region to
each quote / so.

Support worked us through this in a few hours.

Subject: [Vantage] 5.2, CRM Q&A

To anyone with the 5.2 CRM up and running:

I'm almost done with 5.2 upgrade, and have purchased the CRM.

I can't look at my (highly modified) quote and sales order forms because
Vantage wants me to setup the CRM somehow first.

1) Does the setup make any difference in the long run as to how its done?
IE: Like the general ledger account number structure or the part number
structure?

2) Do you have any suggestions on how to set this up so that I don't have
to delete the test database and start over?

Thank you very much for any and all responses!!

RG
