507 Patch Let Down

Absolutely. 7 open issues with one being indirectly resolved. Does anyone know additional channels to get open issues resolved within the Epicor but outside of Epicor tech support?

Hi All,

So we had like 5 open issues that were all slated to be fixed in the
recently released 507 patch.

I just finished reading the 30 pages of addressed SCRs and only one on

This is not great news because the 4 that didn't get addressed are the
ones giving us the biggest headaches.

Was anyone else let down like this or is it just me?

Us too... there was really only one we had promised and now it's been delayed until 508 (TENTATIVE due date: 6/30/11)

It's getting worse.

We had 9 issues pending for this patch. Only 3 were addressed according to the list of fixes... my only hope is that their list of fixes is never complete. Maybe a few more slipped in???

Hmmm, we're not on 9, but we've had the same back in V8 (8.03-409C was supposed to fix a quote problem with SCR58838 - BUT it looks like they incorrectly cross linked our problem with that SCR - and our problem has therefore fallen off the list altogether.) We're annoyed, but are unfortunately not surprised.
