369 jobs is a small enough number to use your search from Job Entry, grab no more than 30 at a time (apps come to a crawl with much more) and simply cycle through then and delete them. If ANY activity occurred, deletion will be prohibited so the simple fix is to delete your make to stock, job or order qty (effectively making the job zero qty and able to be closed by the batch closing process).
More important: Do you know WHY the jobs piled up? (System glitch? Training issue?)
I'd be focused on eliminating the root cause or it could become a job for life. (Ick!)
