We had the same issue and Dale is correct. Go to Process Maintenance
(somewhere under System Administration) and add security for the
CheckCreditHold process.

We just loaded the 305l Patch from 305F and we are getting an error message when certain users try to access the customer and vendor set up:
 
Access denied "checkcredithld."
 
I've been working with Epicor support but so far it isn't resolved.
