There's a timeout feature in Epicor 9, as long as you set up a timeout
in
the system.

When the user is idle, it will automatically free up the license for
someone
else to use, so you shouldn't run into that problem, unless you don't
setup
a timeout, or you have lots of people all using multiple sessions.

Epicor 9 - User Tracker - What is an EXPIRED session?

If I run out of user licenses in Vantage 6.1 I use PROMON to kill old
sessions, how are others handling this in Epicor 9?
