Subject: [Vantage] 905.606A Auto Move inventory vs Manual Move inventory /remove cost variances?

Hi All,
I'm sorry I feel like i'm beating a dead horse. But i can't figure out why piece price discrepencies happen. Epicor says it might be from back dating, it might be from transactions in between reporting (pieces may go from stock into another job to complete a Finished Good, may be transferred to another bin location)
We're using Average cost and we report production to stock using MES>start production>end activity, we check box Request Move, which places inventory in a holding area(inspection).
We run 3 shifts and give the 1st shift expeditor the responsibility of confirming qty reported is correct, expeditor then transfers inventory using >job receipt to inventory. We're having issues with piece price costs.
I discovered the Auto Move in jobs. This puts production immediately into inventory. But it removes the confirming of qty reported is correct. Will probably alleviate the piece price discrepency.
anyone use the auto move? any / all suggestions welcome
Thanks so much for your help.
