Not the least of which is that other phone call "Anonymous" is sure to have received from someone at Epicor for not being a "team player". Been in those shoes already once several years ago after venting publicly outside the Vantage user community on a message board related to shareholders. Seems I poked an extra sensitive spot. Terrible way to try to communicate and I still wonder if it was just "loose cannon control" or if anyone paid any attention to the original reasons for the complaints.

unthinkable that a single phone call from Epicor could have all the remnants
