A system for requsting feature request NOT using a service ticket

I want to be able to ask for change/improvement without creating service ticket. The service techs are in bug-fighting mode, so it usually takes extra effort on the customers end to get them to realize that , yes, the system is working as designed. I’m requesting a change.

I know that it can be done (and it’s starting to get easier), but it shouldn’t be that aggravating for the customer or the service rep on the phone.
