We’ve have a BAQ report to show customers’ unbilled pack slips. We have three users with exactly same security groups assigned. A weird thing is that one user is not able to print a specific customer’s pack slips on the BAQ report, the other two are able to print the specific customer’s pack slip on the BAQ. We have checked all the option and access in user account security maintenance. The three users have exact the same set up. Anyone has this experience and know why? Please help. Thanks
I would compare their Workforce entries too. Sounds like Territory security.

What error message are they getting (if any)?
Biggest challenge I find with my setup is when users aren’t logged into the same site as the packslip has been generated from (though I’ve got a workaround in the form of different buttons to press for the different sites, depending on user).
