Ability to Right Click disappears? 8.03.404B

Thank you everyone, for your help. At least I know it is not just us
and I will try to submit the problem to Epicor, although perhaps they
will come back and say it works in 405? Patty, I'll try and monitor
when it happens to confirm what you found and let them know this info
as well...not sure if it would help, but maybe they end up being able
to duplicate in 405 release...
We just went live this week on 404B, so I'd rather take a breather
before moving to 405.

Has anyone had this problem? We just went live today on 8.03.404B. We
have had several users loose the ability to right click to get to "open
with" or to copy/paste, etc. We also noticed this a couple times when
we were testing. We have not been able to pinpoint what the
circumstances are previous to this happening.

We do know it does not happen in any particular screens. Users have
been in labor entry, receipt entry, part tracker, etc.

I have gone onto epicweb to see if anyone else had reported this
problem, and have called Epicor but they have not heard of this
either. Might this be something with customization or personalization?

I have found that you will lose right click ability if you go into
Personalization or Customization mode, make changes and then pull up
a record to check whatever changes you made look good. Even if you
are in Customization mode and click the checkox for WIP...I still
would get in the habit of closing the form and re-opening to ensure
the appropriate information is coming forward with the right click
abilities.

Yesterday, I had one of our users experience this problem. Our
immediate fix was to have the user log out and log back into Vantage.
This fixed the problem and we have not heard of this issue prior (we
have been live for 1.5 months). Also, this user does not have
permission to customize and does not know how to personalize.

We reported the problem to Epicor - all we got was the standard, just
upgrade to 405, it works there.

We don't have a solution yet.
