We have different account Manager and Salespeople for the same Customer. This is because our customers may be in different locations (states or even Countries) but under the same Customer number. I know that by selecting territories you can set up different job descriptions, but I cannot figure out how to do it by ship to locations.
I recommend using the Sales Region and Sales Territory functionality. You can set up your Regions however the team is structured and let Epicor determine the correct territory by the Ship To address. You can also assign the salesperson on the Territory so you only have to maintain it in one location.
