Accursed Vacation Report SSN's

in Kinetic the Accrued Vacation report is not displaying the SSN number, instead i am getting this

the expression in the text box is
=Fields!PREmpMas_SocSecNum.Value

How can I convert the garbage to the actual SSN number?

That looks like a hashed string. If that’s actual data, that’s someone’s SSN which can be decoded back to valid text. Maybe delete that image and make up some example text…?

The Numbers will be Encrypted just like the TIN’s, because if someone were to throw that report into the trash you dont want to have peoples Social Security Numbers floating out there. They arent needed to see Accrued Vacations I would remove that column.

Epicor has the facility to decrypt them to print in w2 etc Is just a matter of calling the right function Going from memory here but try this on a UBAQ GetList post processing for each of the rows on the BAQ where str is the field holding the encrypted data Epicor.Security.Cryptography.Encryptor.DecryptToString(str);

Otherwise, I’m with @hkeric.wci, drop them.
