How could we add Checklist Tasks to the Kinetic project schedule board (as more details under each WBS phase)? Our project managers were excited to find this gantt chart after we upgraded to 10.2.700, but then told me it’s useless without seeing the checklist tasks.
I know this is an old post but I’m curious whether you ever found a way to include project tasks in scheduling? We’ve been using project management for several years now and this has always been an issue for PMs.
Scott, we didn’t. We ended up buying ProCore for our project managers to help manage the construction projects. It’s what a lot of our contractors use, and really streamlined things.
