Users would like to use the PO Release Search on Receipt Entry. However, the Description column is missing. I know I can create a Quick Search, but I need to verify that it is not possible to modify the base search.

This has been requested as a feature before as well I believe. Sorry for asking the obvious one, but I would hate to make poor assumptions. 
I should say sometimes in some BOs the custom UD fields will automatically show up on the GetList but that’s not 100%
In this case, I need the Line Description, which is in the normal returned list. It just is hidden in the search.
