I would like to add a VB form in the order header ( I know how to do that) so that customer service could add packing instruction. The problem I have is to have those instruction print at the bottom of the packing slip. I cannot find the char one field in the order header to add to the form.
Our shipping department are not getting these instruction and shipping some of our product with the wrong packaging material.
We're on Vantage 6.1 Using Crystal Form for the packing slip.
