I am trying to edit home page layout, but the add widget is not accessible and greyed out.
Please Help
It has to do with the screen resolution - we have solved this with various methods like maximize your epicor window, make sure your screen resolution is set to 100% (not 125%+), or changing resolution selection on the monitor altogether.

Thanks Alisa, I fixed broswer to 90% and it works. Weird though.
On mine, I always have to Ctrl+scroll out to get it to show…
